A new opportunity for a Building Manager to join their city portfolio and manage a high-profile building is available. Your new role As Senior Building Manager you will be responsible for a high profile 350,000 sq ft multi-let building in central London. Liaising with tenants you will ensure a 5 environment is maintained at all times, building strong relationships with all relevant stakeholders. What you'll need to succeed Applicants must have prior building management experience, ideally having managed high-profile tenants. Experience of service charge, lease management, contractor management, projects and H&S are a must. With an excellent reputation within the industry, my client wants an individual that possess a natural passion for building management with a "customer centric style" of working.
