At home Commercial Property Valuer required for established market leading company Your new company Your new company, is a market leading business valuation firm. With consultants across the UK, you will be joining some of the best minds in the business. The reports produced by this company, do much more than just provide a figure of valuation for a company, they also provide an overview to how the business will best meet the challenges going forward for that specific market. The company provides a thorough and in depth overview to valuations, ensuring this by having one of the directors sign off on every valuation report produced. Your new role Your new role will be a Commercial Property Valuer. You will be carrying-out appraisals and valuations across a multitude of sectors and have adaptability within your role regarding this. You will prepare reports with the aid of the companies specific technology. Each case is different and presents new challenges and obstacles, therefore no day will be the same Whilst this will be the main focus of your role, you will also be expected to aid with all aspects of consultancy work and dispute resolution. You will also participate in the development of the business. What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed with this role you will be; an experienced commercial valuer/general practice surveyor MRICS qualified - ideally Redbook registered too Ideally (but not necessary) experienced within the leisure/medical/retail or healthcare industries Valuations for loan security purposes be self-motivated and able to drive work yourself high level of organisation Competent with Microsoft Office What you'll get in return In return for working hard at this company, you will be generously rewarded. Salary basic starts at £35,000 with average commission going to £50,000. This is based on the valuer invoices, quality of work and level of productivity. A company car or car allowance is also added to your package.
