Quantity Surveyor, MRICS, £40000 £50000, QS, East Sussex Your new company We are currently working with a private practise who are looking to expand their current team due to growth experienced in the region, as the Assistant Quantity Surveyor. Established for over 70 years you will be working with a mixture of professionals across specialisms such as, Education, Commercial, Sport & Leisure, Residential and many more. Your new role Your new role as the Quantity Surveyor will see you work together with a team of professionals delivering multi-million-pound projects to a professional and high standard across the South East. The consultancy offers a versatile range of services including, Quantity Surveying, Building surveying and project management. You will be working with a diverse, motivated, and driven team that motivate each other to progress further. What you'll need to succeed As the successful candidate you will have experience in commercial quantity surveying experience, proven preparation of high quality tender documents and budget management. Amongst this you should have experience managing large scale contracts with a keen eye for detail. Developing extensive contacts, you will be MRICS qualified and able to work as a team player. The ideal candidate will have experience in: Prepare High quality tender documents Commercial Quantity surveying background Report on Risk management Tendering, cost breakdowns and negotiate contract bills Budget management What you'll get in return The successful candidate will be working with an experienced team of professionals, with expansion given the go-ahead my client is offering a salary between £40,000 - £50,000 including sponsorship of your professional qualifications, you will also be provided with a generous holiday package that includes 25 days plus bank holidays.
