Overview

Site Manager for Sussex job for a permanent vacancy. Your new company Working for a new build housing company on traditional build houses. The company have a long term land bank for work in the South East and especially in the Sussex area. They are a nationally renown company who work to KPIs to achieve good quality homes with minimal defects. They are supported by a loyal sub-contract base. The role is for a Site Manager to join the company to report into the Project Manager (who is based on site) . The role is to work with the manager to oversee the activities on site from the start on site to the completion of the project. Duties of the role will broadly include - Planning and Monitoring of the site programme of construction works Reporting on progress and issues to the Projects Manager Overseeing the trades to ensure completion dates for works are met. To work with the existing standards and improve to achieve quality works Oversee the CMLs and handovers to home owners and general customer care liaison What you'll need to succeed Previous experience of working on new build housing sites ideally in a supervisory position Previous experience of overseeing site staff, ordering materials and allocating plant . A positive attitude Ideally qualifications in SMSTS, CSCS and 1st Aid What you'll get in return In return you will join a successful team who are going from strength to strength and looking for people to join .
