Building Surveyor opportunity an ongoing contract working on both planned and reactive maintenance surveys Your new company You will be working for an excellent public sector organisation in Bristol who offers an excellent opportunity to work within a growing and dynamic team. Your new role As a building surveyor you will focus on maintenance surveys within Bristol. You will focus on both the reactive day to day maintenance surveys as well as covering an element of planned works. This role will focus on both residential and commercial properties across North and Central Bristol. You will liaise with sub-contractors and deal with contract management to ensure properties are up to standards and are within the organisation's policies and procedures. What you'll need to succeed To be a successful surveyor you must have experience in maintenance surveying and have the ability to hit the ground running. You must have experience in diagnosing faults and repairs and have the ability to liaise with contractors and management.
