Residential Valuation Surveyor Residential Valuation Surveyor Your new company Your new company is a market leading Estate Agency with a passion for ensuring things are done right Founded over three decades, the company expanded just after the millennium and created a valuation department, planning and financial services. This means that the company can offer a complete service for property owners/sellers/remortgagers Based in South Manchester, you will be based in a leafy town, surrounded by local amenities and less than five minute walk from the train station - you will be spoilt for choice for lunch and travel The company has branches across the south Manchester area and are by no means slowing down Your new role Your new role will be a Residential Valuation Surveyor, you will be focusing on creating Valuation reports and Home Buyer Reports. You will be passionate about property and valuations and able to successfully promote the company and the local market. As you will be conducting valuations, an approachable manner is imperative. What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed you will be; MRICS or AssocRICS Registered with the Valuation Office (RICS) and able to carry out Red Book Valuations Minimum of 2 years working within a similar role with large amounts of anonymity whilst producing high results An understanding of the South Manchester area and property market Have a keen eye for detail and understand the necessity of producing high quality work Be driven and determined to succeed as a Valuer. What you'll get in return In return for your hard work at this company you will be generously rewarded. The basic salary depends on experience but ranges from £40,000- £55,000 with a generous commission structure in place. You will be given a car allowance, mobile and laptop to aid you with your work. You will also have the benefit of working from home and only occasionally having to go into the office based in Stockport.
