We are hiring for Recruiters who will be sourcing candidates for customers across a wide variety of job roles including Labourers, Bricklayers, Carpenters and Plants Operator just to name a few. In order to succeed you will be someone who enjoys a fast pace and working to deadline, as speed of response is critical to success. You will have an interest in Construction and be able to become familiar with concepts quickly through formal and informal learning. You will be speaking to and meeting a high volume of current and potential contractors and ensuring that the quality of candidates that we are submitting to our customers are of the highest quality. Whilst you will not be responsible for new business development, you will meet with our existing client portfolio in order to ensure that you understand their current and future requirements.
