Overview
£65,000-£95,000 package Currently recruiting on behalf of a main contractor looking for a contracts manager to join their team. Huge business currently in growth, and changing the structure of the business to keep up the positive growing reputation of the business. They work on projects such as new build, refurbs, and in particular schools, centres, hotels, universities etc. Very exciting chance to grow with this business. Working Monday-Friday based in their Southampton office. Your day to day duties will be: ensuring service deliveries meet targets, working within budget trying to scope for profit where possible, contract reviews, ensuring generation of accurate management and financial performance in line with reporting requirements. In order to be considered for this role, you need to have a strong understanding of contractual requirements, previous contracts manager experience desirable, communication skills of the highest quality, works to a fast pace and adapts well to changes, ability to balance a heavy work load and maintains an enthusiastic approach to their work. Excellent salary depending on experience, car package, health package and pension scheme to be included in total offer.
