Building Project Manager - Birmingham - 6 month contract - Possibility temp to perm Your new company NHS Your new role The job will be a client side project manager in the health sector. The majority of the work will be small capital projects under 1 million, there is a variety of work from refurbishments of wards, ventilation and flooring etc. With charity projects also including a new playground and window refurbishment. What you'll need to succeed A track record of Commercial project management experience in Health or the education sector would be ideal. What you'll get in return 6 month contract based in the centre of Birmingham, with competitive rates. Possibility of Temp to Perm. Once perm, flexible hours, good pension and a greater holiday package.
