Fantastic opportunity for a mechanical project manager to join a M&E contractor based in north Birmingham Your new company My client is an M&E contractor based in north Birmingham, due to winning a number of projects they are looking to add a mechanical project manager to join their ever growing team. They offer their clients a full turn-key package. They work within the commercial, residential, industrial & education sectors on projects up to £20 million. Your new role You will have several live projects, so you will be hitting the ground running conducting site surveys and managing the site staff. You will be involved in completing and producing any H&S documents and RAMS. You will be responsible for the procurement of staff & materials; and reviewing any quotations from sub-contractors/suppliers What you'll need to succeed Experience working on number of projects at 1 given time Worked on projects up to £10 million Ideally you will have come from a contractor environment Having experience working in a mixture of sectors is desirable What you'll get in return Up to £55,000 Company pension scheme Car allowance What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
