Overview
3 month contract job opportunity based in Merseyside for a Building Surveyor. Your new company Your new company is a Merseyside based housing association who own and maintain social housing properties. Your new role Your new role, will form as part of the Property Services team and require you to oversee the planned, reactive and cyclical maintenance of social housing properties. You will oversee contractors ensuring that work specified to them is carried out to the correct quality and agreed timeline. What you'll need to succeed To succeed, you will have a HNC in a construction or surveying related subject and will have experience in a similar role where you will have designed and delivered housing construction projects. What you'll get in return In return, you will receive a 3-6 month contract and a competitive hourly rate of pay. You will also receive the statutory business mileage rate for inspections/site visits.
