Chartered Building Surveyor Chartered Building Surveyor- Liverpool- Permanent Your new company Exciting opportunity has arisen for a Building surveyor to join a successful consultancy in Liverpool city centre. They have a large number of projects in the following sectors; healthcare, commercial, industrial, nuclear, education and the projects are continuing to come in rapidly- project value from £500k-£3M Your new role You will be an experienced Building Surveyor with a commercial focus and be involved in the following- dilapidation, landlord/tenant, pre- acquisition advice/technical due diligence, project and cost management, architectural design, development monitoring, surveys and inspections. What you'll need to succeed You must be able to work independently and also within a team. You will be client facing, enthusiastic and have a good commercial aspect. Ideally APC level, but will support you towards Chartered-ship. Generous package offered, 25 holidays, 5% pension, good office working hours.
