Our client are a Milton Keynes based Mortgage Brokerage that is part of one the fastest growing financial groups in the UK. They are looking for talented Mortgage Advisers to join their team at a pivotal point in their journey. Having recently appeared in the Sunday times list of fastest growing companies, this company will provide candidates with fantastic earning potential, career growth opportunities and a strong and achievable O.T.E. For this role some key accountabilities are: Be responsible for every aspect of the mortgage process - you will search the market to find the most suitable mortgage products, conduct professional client fact finds and assess the client's mortgage and protection needs. The accurate preparation of all case information, ensuring documentation is complete and submitted to the operations team in accordance with operating standards Build relationships with clients and introducer's To answer queries and questions from clients and work colleagues as they arise In return they are offering a basic salary of up to £25,000 plus 25% uncapped commission. PLEASE NOTE: Candidates for this role MUST have experience working as a Mortgage Adviser to apply for this role.
