Due to recent successes and plans to expand, the firm are looking to add an Experienced Mortgage Consultant to join their existing team. This is a great opportunity to join a very reputable and growing Independent Agent who pride themselves on delivering exceptional customer experience. Job Title: Mortgage Consultant On offer for the successful Mortgage Consultant: Competitive Basic package - £20,000 - £30,000 (Depending on experience) OTE approximately £50,000 - £70,000 (Based on results delivered) Guaranteed commission while building pipeline Great progression opportunities up to Management Opportunity to join a progressive employer and very reputable employer Duties: Speaking with potential prospects and discussing their Mortgage options Developing existing and forging new relationships Abiding by relevant regulations Understanding Clients Legal and Financial options Understanding factors that will impact your Client base Managing documentations in relation to Mortgage applications Liaising with external parties Meeting targets and measurements as set out by the Management team The ideal application for Mortgage Consultant: Passion for continuing a career within Financial Services as a Mortgage Consultant / Mortgage Broker Previous experience within Financial Services Must have full CeMAP qualification A genuine pride in delivering exceptional service Ambitious and motivated nature with the ability to speak to a range of stakeholders Location: Milton Keynes
