Overview

Responsibilities • Interviewing 15-20 candidates each day • Building rapport with candidates and assessing suitability for our trading positions • Selling the benefits of our training programmes to applicants • Hiring new traders onto our training programmes by selling training programmes and working towards targets • Managing the recruitment process from initial contact to offer • Organising second stage interviews with the CEO and other team members • Providing offers to candidates and taking payments • Working to monthly targets • Managing the whole life-cycle of the lead • Other duties as required Requirements • Strong demonstrable experience in HR, Recruitment or Sales (min 1 year) • Excellent communication skills with other team members and staff • Knowledge of trading and/or finance is beneficial (not essential) • Experience working towards targets • Ambitious and motivated to succeed • Good emotional intelligence • Driven by a target-driven environment • Excellent english language skills Location Redhill, Surrey
