Overview
Responsibilities • Preparing and sending emails on behalf of the HR team • Updating the CRM • Responding to emails and updating HR with progress of candidates • Providing information on our trading courses and selling benefits over competitors • Preparing morning calls sheet for the team • Completing end of day process ensuring CRM has been updated correctly • Helping arrange interviews with the CEO and other staff • Assisting the HR team with the recruitment process • Greeting interviewees at interview and managing their interview process in the office • Other duties as required Requirements • Excellent written and verbal English language skills • Experience in an administration or HR role is highly beneficial • Excellent communication skills • Punctual and professional at all times • Experience working towards targets • Ambitious and motivated to succeed • Good emotional intelligence • Driven by a target-driven environment
