2nd Line Support, Infrastructure, Contracting, Bristol Your new company A high profile organisation based in THE HAPPIEST CITY in the UK. They are undergoing major digital change and are now in need of a seasoned, confident, reliable and friendly 2nd Line IT Technician to join their infrastructure teams. Your new role You will play a key role as part of the technical infrastructure services team working collaboratively to drive the business forward. You shall partake in hardware installation, testing and troubleshooting activities across the estate. You will provide 2nd line support to handle ticket escalated from the service desk against defined SLA's and exceeding expected standards. What you'll need to succeed Hands on experience and knowledge in an enterprise environment Migration, deployment, support and troubleshooting client side hardware Server administration and troubleshooting Evidence of effectively deal with escalated tickets What you'll get in return A rewarding contract within a high profile organisation on an INITIAL 3-6 MONTH TERM paying a COMPETITIVE DAILY RATE.
