Overview
Make a real difference in this fantastic opportunity to join a non for profit company where staff are VALUED in a Permanent Care and Support Worker position based in St Watford Ideally you will either have relevant qualifications NVQ Level 2 or 3 or can demonstrate suitable experience - in the position you will be offered the chance of paid professional development with future opportunities for career progression. You will be caring for a range of adults 18 -100 with a range of learning disabilities. Part time 21.5 hours per week 3 x 8 hour shifts or possible split shifts if it suited someone - Pro Rata Holidays and pension. Full time position base around 37.5 hours per week with 25 days holiday plus 8 days bank holidays. 9.35 per hour hours. 8 hour shifts are within 7 am to 10 pm with extra payment for sleepins. There is also the opportunity for part time 21.5 hours per week 3 x 8 hour shifts or possible split shifts if it suited someone. A full driving licence would be useful but not essential.
