Deputy Manager - Day Services

The provider has a rare opportunity for an exceptional Deputy Manager to join the Day Service provision. On an average day, the service provides opportunities for around 50 individuals with profound and multiple learning disabilities to express themselves through music, arts and crafts and sporting activities. Your new role As the deputy manager of the day services, you will work alongside the manager of the service to coordinate the care and support of the young people attending the service. You will assign staff to students and ensure they are receiving the best possible support, while creating a fun and safe environment. What you'll need to succeed In order to be successful you will need to have experience of working with both adults and children with learning disabilities and complex needs. Hold a minimum of an NVQ level 3 in Health & Social Care / Children & Young People and have a genuine desire to allow individuals to achieve and exceed their expectations. What you'll get in return In return you will receive a competitive salary of £25,003 per annum. A working week of Monday - Friday. The day centre operates between 09:00 - 16:30.
