CY Executive Resourcing are excited to partnering with Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Trust as they look to recruit an experienced and ambitious Business Intelligence professional to join a growing and well developing team as Deputy Head of Business Intelligence Responsible for theleadershipofthe Trusts Business Intelligence and Clinical Coding teams, therolewilldevelopanalyticstoprovideforwardplanningprocesses,ensure i nformationisinterpreted i ntelligentlyandusedtomakeinformedoperation andare able to make strategicdecisionsthat i mprove patientoutcomesandexperiences. You will manage the team in the day-to-day delivery of analytical services as well as leading the team’s involvement across a variety of bespoke projects. As Deputy Head of Business Intelligence you will work with key stakeholders to ensure that decision making throughout the organisation is based on data that is robust, quality assured, fit for purpose, and up to date. You will ensure that such data is analysed and reported to the highest industry standards. With strong knowledge in the use of data, intelligence and information related to the NHS and as an experienced senior manager you will ensure priorities are balanced and maximise results. Central to your success will be the ability to maintain a high performing, confident and successful team. You will develop trust across the organisation to review and improve processes and support and challenge implementation plans, whilst inspiring the team to take ownership for delivering against organisational plans. You will be passionate about data and keep up to date with the latest analytical developments and best practice in the field, imparting that knowledge and passion for data to the team.
