Overview
Do you have a keen eye for detial with exceptional organisational skills? Can you communicate confidently at all levels? This could be the ideal finance role for you, especially if you already have or are looking to gain a financial qualification Initially, due to the current situation, you will be working from home You will be required to: Set up and amend new supplier and andlords onto system, maintain all bank detial changes. Liaise with procurement re suppliers, maintain purchasing and pay sites. Check Companies House re company registration detials. Sort mail etc You will also be expected to Co-ordinate various projects to ensure key activities and milestones are met Operate a range of team processes to ensure key performance indicators are met Provide support to the team by managing complex tasks Maintain records, databases and reports as agreed with the team Arrange for payment of invoices, expenses and approvals Deliver a range of activities to tight timescales Manage conflicting priorities to ensure all deliverables are met
