This role is initially a 9 month temporary role working in a sales and customer service position in a fast paced and dynamic environment. This is a great opportunity to join a friendly, family owned company with a great team dynamic. This role will be a sales administration based role, therefore it is important that you have previous quality experience in sales order processing and dealing with customers over the phone. More about the role: Sales Administrator Strictly a no cold calling or targets role Immediate start following on from successful interview £9.26ph Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm Processing Sales Orders & payments while on the phone with customers. Dealing with customer's calling in with orders, queries and giving further information. Dealing with web orders and handling inbound e-mail enquiries. Working on a bespoke IT system tailored to the company, which you will receive full training on. Daily contact with customers, resolving issues and handling escalated complaints. The ideal candidate will: Have a friendly attitude with a client facing approach Have a professional & bubbly telephone manner, confident speaking on the phone with customers Have experience working in customer service or sales administrator role Have worked on a CRM system or bespoke IT company system Looking to join a friendly team that work in a fast paced open plan environment Benefits: 28 days holiday including bank holiday's on an accrual basis Pension Full-time work Weekly Pay Free on site parking This role is on a long term basis with the possibility to go permanent for the right candidate.
