New Role – Internal Sales Executive - £18-22k bonuses – Blackburn – APPLY NOW Reed Business Support is proud to be representing a leading specialist manufacturing company in Blackburn that is on the lookout for an Internal Sales Executive to join their family run business. Our client is on the look-out for an established sales professional with a solid track record of success. You must be able to work under your own initiative and have a determined attitude, as well as the ability to organise the day to day activities of managing accounts, hitting targets and delivering tangible results. A sound understanding of selling techniques, coupled with excellent communication and relationship building skills, plus a confident telephone manner are essential. Your duties will be: Work in collaboration with other members of the Sales team and business development team to identify sales leads and set up meetings. Contact prospective clients and speak to decision makers. Maintain existing customer relationships and grow the accounts. Build a strong, in-depth product knowledge to understand the features and benefits of products. Maintain and update the CRM database to ensure the accurate collation of data. Efficient administration of quotes/orders. Company benefits:- 28 days holiday including statutory holidays. Your holidays increase with each year’s service up to 35 days including statutory holidays. Basic salary of £18,000 - £20,000 with realistic bonuses of £1500 a quarter Pension scheme Free onsite parking Hours of work are Monday – Friday, 9am to 5pm. This role consists of making high outbound calls and so experience in a similar role is essential.
