Overview

Are you a degree educated HR Administrator looking to take your next move in your HR career? Our client, a renowned brand in the service sector, is looking to recruit a Talent & Culture Co-ordinator to support Head Office Functions. The role is two fold - HR activity and Office / PA aspects to the role. You will work directly with the Talent & Culture Manager in supporting circa 250 employees in generalist HR activity as well as event management around employee engagement activity. Key Responsibilities: HR: The main part of your role will consist of:  General Head Office HR administration and accurate maintenance of records  Monthly payroll submissions with the support of Head Office Talent and Culture Manager  Sending out weekly internal communications highlighting new starters, leavers and promotions  Creating and sending all new starters contracts/ offer packs  Reference requests  New starter induction including site tours  Creation and organisation of Head Office social events  Manage HR systems for Head Office (e.g. holiday tracker, e-learning system)  Taking a leading role in new starter inductions including the delivery of the new starter induction on day 1 of employment, leading the bi-monthly site Tour induction and organisation of new starter breakfasts.  Act as Head Office lead for benefits administration (e.g. Long Service Awards, discount vouchers)  Preparation of employment documentation  Support Head Office with end to end recruitment activity  Support Head Office and wider Northern European network with projects as and when required  Support Head Office HR Manager with note-taking and administration for grievances, disciplinary and appeal hearings etc. Support HRD - UK & Ireland with:  Diary and email management  Travel management  Organise meetings & conferences, taking meeting minutes and proactively ensuring follow-up on actions  Validates team expenses  Raise Purchase Orders and complete the monthly invoicing process  Ad hoc presentation preparation  Follow up with HR team members to ensure monthly deadlines are met Key Skills: Qualification at degree level or equivalent through experience in HR  Attention to detail  Managing administrative tasks in a complex environment  An enthusiastic, positive and confident approach  An approachable and friendly demeanour  Customer service focused  Well presented  Advanced organisation, communication at all levels and negotiation skills  A discreet, ethical and confidential manner  Resilience and flexibility  Confident with Excel and PowerPoint  An ability and desire to take on a wide variety of tasks and challenges  Autonomous project management  Excellent written and verbal communications skills  Internal and external stakeholder management  A great 'can do’ attitude Should you be interested in discussing this vacancy please contact Annabel Green via LinkedIn or register your details on www.resourcing4hr.co.uk.
