Overview
JDI Legal are currently instructed on behalf of an established and thriving Newcastle firm to recruit an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor or FILEX. The firm are based on a busy high street and have an excellent reputation for private work and delivering a high rate of client care. The role is due to expansion and will join a CQS accredited department and take on responsibility for a transactional caseload of purely private work including sales, purchase, remortgage, right to buy and transfer of equity. The firm are currently looking at case management software and the successful individual will have input into this and play a key role in the department. Currently the firm are receiving around 40 new instructions per month with approx 10 completions per week. The Partner is looking for someone who wants to take on responsibility for a busy and thriving department of this high street firm.
