Overview

A Conveyancing Case Handler is required for an exciting opportunity with a leading law firm based in the centre of Newcastle. Applications are invited from Paralegals or experienced Conveyancing Assistants/Secretaries looking to make a first or second move and secure more autonomy in the day to day. On offer is a competitive salary which is negotiable and dependent on experience. The successful candidate will join a busy, friendly team assisting with the day to day management of a caseload of re-mortgage transactions from the point of instruction through to completion and registration at Land Registry Day to day duties will include dealing with all technical aspects of each transaction including title checking and review of all relevant paperwork, organising and prioritising the case load to ensure that all transactions are progressed in a timely manner and dealing with interested parties queries. Full support and training will be provided. The work is mid - high value and is of a very good quality given the firms size. They benefit from a number of repeat referrals due to their high client satisfaction and are keen to continue to develop this further. You will be expected to provide excellent client and customer service at all times.
