With ambitious and reflective future plans, we are now seeking to appoint a dynamic and solid Head of finance to join their management structure. T he Role; This is an excellent career move for an ambitious accountant looking to run, grow and develop their own team. You will demonstrate exposure within: Weekly Site Performance Report for CPI including project close out reports and other adhoc site reports Cash Management - update cash flow forecasts, cash analysis reports, working capital management, cost saving measures and analysis Monthly Accounts - oversee preparatory tasks, collate Management Information, provide commentary, provide profit/account analysis Management of Finance Department - employee development plans, appraisals, compliancy management of finance tasks, point of contact when department needs to interact with other departments Forecast Models - create annual forecast models and budgets, monitor budgets, risk management, financial strategies Legal & Professional - ensuring company is compliant with Accounting practices, complying with company audits, tax management Adhoc - point of contact for HP Funders and bank for day-to-day issues/decisions, ensuring software is up-to-date and being used correctly Profile; 5 years’ work experience required at this level plus supervisory or management experience Must be highly organised and diligent IT proficient - excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel in particular Good knowledge of Sage 200 Able to work independently on own workload Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and interpersonal) Management skills and experience required Interest or Experience in the Construction Industry beneficial.
