CP2 - Cordant People are an equal opportunities employer Cordant People are currently looking for Domestic Cleaner Supervisors to join a team in Ashton-Under-Lyne, the ideal candidates need to have a valid DBS & previous cleaning management experience. More about the role: - Full time hours, working 5 days out of 7. Either Wednesday - Sunday OR Saturday to Wednesday. - Various shifts available: 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm & 10pm - 6am - £10.09ph basic pay rate - Ongoing assignment with immediate starts - Previous background in cleaning management Main Responsibilities: - Responsible for the supervision and well being of Domestic Assistants - Responsible for supervision of domestic services ensuring high standards of cleanliness and working practices are maintained. - Responsible for ensuring domestic assistants follow safe systems of work for all cleaning tasks whilst observing infection control principles including 'bare below the elbows' and wearing appropriate PPE. - Responsible for ensuring all required paperwork is completed correctly and on time, e.g. flushing records, infection clean documentation. - Responsible for monitoring attendance of staff and ensuring that absences are recorded on ESR. - Update and maintain porter staff rotas ensuring adequate cover is provided at all times. - Responsible for the first stage of sickness absence review and Return to Work interviews. - Responsible for completing departmental administrative documentation e.g. Annual leave requests, Sickness absence recording forms and timesheets and recording on ESR. - Responsible for supporting new starters and assisting in carrying out the local induction - Responsible for inputting payroll and reconciling any wage queries. - Ensure the day to day smooth running of the designated teams as part of the wider service through the supervision and training of staff. - Assist with any cleaning duties as required If you think you would be well suited to this role, please apply with your updated CV as we are short listing live for this vacancy.
