Overview
Due to expansion we are recruiting for a Contentious Trusts & Probate Solicitor to join the department. The successful will be at the forefront, working alongside a Partner, dealing with a high quality caseload. The Opportunity: This is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to join a Private Client department currently flourishing with plans to continue to grow in line with increased workflow. It is a vibrant and hard working team and Contentious Probate is an increasing area. You will take have the opportunity to work on a caseload that covers all aspects of contentious private client litigation. In addition, the firm offers a competitive salary and benefits package which includes a minimum of 26 days of holiday per year plus bank holidays. What’s Needed to be considered? A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (Minimum of 3 years PQE) Have experience of working in a Private client department across a range of clients, handling a variety of issues Be able to build relationships with both new and existing clients and professionals Demonstrate a strong desire to learn and widen knowledge What next?
