Overview

Registered Manager - Learning Disability Linq Healthcare are working alongside a small independent service to recruit a new Registered Manager. This Registered Manager will be responsible for running a Learning Disability Service for adults. This Learning Disability Service has been running for 19 years, and has got a fantastic reputation. Two of the service users have lived there since it opened, and the most recent service users moved in 5 years ago. There is a close knit team, with long standing service users, so offers a real family environment. In this role as the Registered Manager for Learning Disabilities you will: - be responsible for ensuring the CQC standards are met - ensuring the best care and environment is offered for the service users - work autonomously but also closely with the owner - maintain the exceptional reputation that has been built over the last 19 years To be considered for this position you must: - have or have had a RNLD qualification (pin may have lapsed) - have experience working with patients with a learning disability - have some management experience, even if not as a Registered Manager This really is an opportunity to join a fantastic family run business where you can make a difference.
