Are you a Senior HR Manager or HR business partner with strong retention and engagement experience? HR Business Partner required by a leading private healthcare provider for its prestigious SW London location, take charge of your next career move and work for the best in their field in a world class team and facilities. You will be a senior member of the HR team and play an integral part in shaping the future HR strategy of this prestigious organisation. Recognised as a trusted partner to the internal management teams you will have the opportunity to support and deliver on keys aspects of its HR strategy over the coming years. Some of the role would include working in areas like talent, reward, resourcing, employee engagement and organisational design. You will partner with the management team in the delivery of key HR projects and provide your advice on employee relations and support with issues like induction and training. You will need to have the following attributes for this role. A true business partner , this is almost a stand-alone BP role. used to a fast paced commercial environment Strong stakeholder management - ability to influence and coach to build leadership people capability Comfortable getting involved and leading recruitment, engagement, workforce planning Happy to work on a standalone basis for a high % of time The role is based in a very prestiogious SW London location offering a completive salary, 25 days holiday, private healthcare and company benefits package.
