HRSS Team Leader, Epsom, £32,000 - £40,000, 3 - 12 FTC (flexi on the time) Your new company Fantastic modern and International professional service head office based in the Epsom area. Your new role As the new HR SS team leader, you will be working with the HR services team on all complex ER cases. You will be managing and leading a HR Shared Service team from being the first point of contact for escalation queries. What you'll need to succeed As a HR generalist expert with HR advisory experience across a range of HR activities/processes but with deep specialism in one or more HR process areas. You will have excellent understanding and proven experience of working with HRSSC systems preferred, and are able to demonstrable success in an HR Service management role.
