Dealing with ER cases, escalating them where you need to and supporting managers and the over all HR team. Working as part of a small team this is an exciting opportunity to build on experience in process excellence in a technical environment. What you'll need to succeed HR Shared Services Advisory experience, dealing with complex ER cases, excellent understanding and experience of working with HR systems, hold CIPD or qualified through experience demonstrable success in an HR Shared Service role then THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU.
