About the role Balfour Beatty are currently looking for a Receptionist and Facilities Administrative Support to join our Gas & Water business unit to work in Manchester. Within this varied role you'll support the Facilities Management (FM) function of the UK Property Team will work with Facilities team on the GDSP contract, ensuring FM is provided in a consistent way across the permanent estate and will provide guidance, support and advice for FM related matters as required. What you'll be doing As a Receptionist and Facilities Administrative Support, you will have the following accountabilities: Be the first point of contact for staff and visitors arriving at the Worsley office; Ensure visitors are briefed and made aware of the key safety issues and in specific the best way to stay safe whilst on the Chaddock Lane site; Liaise with and sub-contractors that carryout any maintenance works; Working with a variety of colleagues in Procuring and managing all soft and hard FM service agreements; Dealing with all office management matters including front of house, meeting room management and ordering supplies; Keeping relevant service sheets, job completion certification etc on file and enter on to My Compliance were required Who we're looking for You will have the following qualities and experience: Friendly, personable and professional; Good interpersonal skills; Good organisational skills; Enthusiastic and works well in a team; Experience using word and excel; Good organisational skills.
