TEAM MANAGER GUILDFORD £30,000 - £40,000 We are currently recruiting for an experienced Manager to motivate, lead and develop an administrative team for a company based in Guildford. Duties to include:- Recruiting and training new starters Managing, motivating and leading the team Development of team including conducting performance reviews Allocation of workload Dealing with any HR issues relating to the team including absence, conduct and grievances This role will suit someone with experience of managing a team and has know of HR processes.
