A full-time permanent Team Secretary job in Guildford's town centre paying £29000 per year Your new company This globally recognised firm provides tax, audit and assurance, advisory and business outsourcing services to companies across all sectors of the economy. They operate in multiple locations, covering all major business centres. They are known for having a proactive, flexible approach to helping clients overcoming the challenges they face. Your new role In your new role as a Team Secretary you will provide secretarial and administrative support to the Corporate Tax team. You will be responsible of arranging and coordinating meetings using Outlook, liaising with attendees, booking meeting rooms and arranging refreshments and equipment as required. You will be required to manage filing efficiently, maintain internal data systems running smoothly (Relationship Management System) and ensures that RMS records are accurate and kept up to date. What you'll need to succeed In order to be successful in your new role you will ideally have previous secretarial experience, the ability to liaise with different teams within the business, and you will need to be able to demonstrate a flexible approach when facing challenges. You will need good computer literacy skills (especially using Microsoft Office) and a real eye to detail.
