Overview

We are looking to recruit an experienced Accounts Assistant to join the team at the head office of this Milton Keynes motor retail group. This Vehicle Accounts Assistant role can offer progression and a chance to work with a growing company and more importantly, a great team. Vehicle Accounts Assistant Job Description: Compile and review debtor reports for distribution to sites and directors (both vehicle and Aftersales cash debts) Review payment request paperwork and liaise with internal departments any issues - examples payments are vehicle purchases, finance settlements, cashback payments etc Invoicing of service plans Assisting sites with Vehicle Stock Book issues As the Vehicle Accounts Assistant / Administrator you will have the following experience; The role would suit someone with either a Vehicle Sales Administrator or Accounts background (or ideally someone with knowledge of both). However, on the job training will be given for whichever area the candidate may lack knowledge in.
