Overview

I have an Executive Assistant / Office Co-ordinator role. This is to cover maternity and the contract will be up to 14 months. Due to the location of the role Candidates will need their own transport Role is based in a great scenic, relaxing location just outside of Uxbridge. Salary upto £32,000 This is a very hands on role so requires candidates with a down to earth attitude. Duties include: Managing CEO diary and emails where appropriate replying on their behalf Reminding them of Key events Arranging and co ordinating events Preparing presentations on powerpoint Facilities Management Booking travel and accommodation Health & Safety Co ordination Taking calls General office administration Skills & Experience required: Experience working as an EA at Director level Health & Safety experience Exceptional communication skills, written & verbal Down to earth yet professional at the same time Must be proficient in MS Office packages Meticulous attention to detail Highly organised Parkside Recruitment specialises in placing a wide range of professional accountancy and office support staff into a variety of disciplines.
