Overview
A well established law firm in near Sale are seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join their successful New Build department. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 12 months experience dealing with Residential Property matters to include New Build, Help to Buy and Shared Ownership, however list list is not exhaustive. You will be dealing with a varied and interested caseload of sales & purchases, leases, new builds, plot purchases & shared equity, amongst other areas. The firm puts a strong emphasis on client care and uses modern working practices The team at the moment consists of 2 solicitors and secreterial support.
