Highly regarded firm in Greater Manchester seeks a skilful Residential Conveyancing Lawyer on a full-time permanent or locum basis. This a fantastic opportunity for a driven lawyer to join our client’s specialist property department located in Altrincham. The successful applicant will manage a rewarding caseload of residential property matters, whilst ensuring excellent client satisfaction at all times. This role is open to both permanent and locum applications and offers further opportunity for promotion within a successful one year period, with a 20% salary increase. Responsibilities • Post completion matters • Unregistered property • Freehold and leasehold • Sales and purchases • Re-mortgages • Transfer of equity • Licences • Leases • Shared ownerships • Issuing contracts • Use of the Land Registry portal • Liaising with professionals involved in property transactions • Business development The Candidate • Solicitors, legal executives and licenced conveyancers with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE • Experience in residential conveyancing is essential for this role • Experience of working with Proclaim case management system is highly desirable • A strong communicator with exceptional client care skills • Demonstrate a flair for business development The Firm Our client is a well-regarded firm with a strong presence in the area of Altrincham.
