Overview

We are currently recruiting for professional customer service advisors to work in a well established call centre in Colindale. This role will involve dealing with customer queries and complaints so empathy and rapport building skills are essential. You will be responsible for taking inbound calls from customers of several different clients resolving any issues and concerns they may have. £8.50 p/h Job Security Immediate Start Previous experience in an inbound customer service call centre is essential This role is not a sales role and therefore candidates with only sales experience will not be considered. This is a temp role that could turn into a permanent role in the future. Hours Shifts would be 5 days a week from 3pm - 7pm from Monday to Friday.
