This Reception Teacher position involves receiving extra support from an in-class TA who is always available to act as an extra pair of eyes and ears during lessons. A parallel teacher will also be on hand, especially at the beginning of your tenure, to help you adjust to life at the school and integrate with the pace at the school. In general, you will be working hard to utilise the significant resources on hand in your day to day teaching. Your responsibilities will include working closely with the school business manager to ensure you have all the resources you need to run successful lessons.
