Overview

Our client is looking for a Lettings Office Administrator to join their busy team, you will be working within a very successful team with the aim to provide all round effective administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the department. this will be a full time and permanent opportunity based in their city centre offices. Responsibilities: Distributing incoming and manage outgoing post Maintaining office supplies/consumables stock levels meeting and greeting Carrying out general day-to-day office administration, invoice and expense management Dealing with contractors, suppliers and tenant enquiries Ensure all documents received via post are electronically stored Provide reception cover Undertake any general ad-hoc duties required to ensure the efficient running of the department Ensuring all tenancy files are updated and accurate Collection/drop offs of keys Requirements: Excellent planning, administrative and organisation skills. Confident, good interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively at top/senior management level. Have a proactive, flexible working approach This position will require a hardworking, motivated and personable individual looking to join a rapidly expanding team.
