X1 Lettings Manchester - Part Time Evening and Weekend Lettings Manager X1 Lettings are currently seeking a part time Evening and Weekend Superviser for 23 hours per week in our city centre Manchester Branch. For more information on X1 please visit our website www.x1lettings.com Who are we looking for · A team player · Enthusiasm · Excellent communication & people skills, friendly attitude · Strong work ethic · Outgoing and Confident · Organised Your role You will be representing X1 Lettings and manage the small team who work after the hours of 5pm and during the weekend, therefore the role of our Evening and Weekend Manager is crucial to our business, you will need to be confident and able to work well with minimal supervision. Some experience in lettings and supervising others is essential. Your principle responsibilities will include; managing and working closely with your team of 2, conducting their 121s with regular check-ins. As supervisor, you will be the crucial link between our day-time Account Managers and our evening and weekend team members, you will take ownership of any issues and communicate regularly with our Branch Manager. You will also be involved in the general lettings duties; such as responding to tenant enquiries via phone and email, booking and conducting on site property viewings, general day to day queries and ensuring customer service is provided to the highest level. A Full UK driving license is essential.
