Excellent role on offer for an ambitious Manufacturing Manager looking to join a global, market leading company where you will play an instrumental part in the future success and growth of this prestigious company where they are looking to succession plan to Directorship roles. Are you a Manufacturing Manager from a CNC / Sheet Metal / Assembly environment with strong leadership skills? Have you had experience managing large teams along with taking an active approach to training and development? Do you have the ambition to progress to become a Director within 3 years? This world renowned market leading company is the fastest growing specialist manufacturing company within their sector. They have some exciting plans as a business over the next 3 years and are looking to recruit an ambitious Manufacturing Manager to play an active part in the company's operations and growth plans. In this highly responsible position you will work in conjunction with the Site Director to develop strategies for the Manufacturing department. You will be responsible for the overall performance of manufacturing including cost, delivery, performance, quality and resource. Will be in have full budgetary control of manufacturing unit, ensuring production overheads are under control and within budget. Along with improving production you will also play a pivotal role in the people management and training and development of the team which comprises of 5 Team Leaders and 70 staff. The role would suit an ambitious Manufacturing Manager with strong leadership experience looking to join a business that can offer career progression into a Director level role within the next 3 years. The Role: · Manufacturing Manager · Work in conjunction with the Site Director to develop strategies for the Manufacturing department · Budgetary control of manufacturing ensuring Production overheads are under control and within budget · Take a lead role in the management, training and development of the team · £65,000 - £75,000 10-15% Bonus Up to 30 Days Holiday Progression to Directorship Pension Scheme Health Care The Person: · Experienced Manufacturing Manager from a CNC / Sheet Metal / Assembly background · Experience with Managing large teams · Must have strong leadership skills with a vision for future growth · Must have excellent communication skills and a desire to lead This vacancy is being advertised by Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd.
