Overview
Are you an experienced Project Manager with a head for IT and an analytical approach? Are you looking to become part of an innovative and market leading organisation? The business is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager/Business Analyst to join their IT Team and work on managing and executing a variety of projects including new client implementations, client change requests and strategic projects to improve the business systems and processes within the organisation and support in the service delivery of existing contracts. As an IT Project Manager you will be involved in the planning, management and delivery of projects in the business working alongside software development teams and ensuring all projects are delivered on time. As a senior member of the IT team you will support in day to day operations along with facilitating service delivery for all existing contracts. As a business analyst you will carry out requirements gathering processes, provide design & consultancy to clients and internal departments. The role involves an element of service delivery for contact centre, e-commerce fulfilment, multi-channel retail and distribution services. Experience of working in a Project Management role. Formal project management certifications with experience (e.g. Prince 2, AGILE). Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects & change requests. Ability to manage, provide support, train and co-ordinate project team members. Background in business analysis, system design, consultancy, configuration and testing. Experience of software development methodologies and industry best practice. Experience with application integration projects. Desirable Skills Knowledge and experience of e-commerce, multi-channel retail, logistics or distribution. Knowledge and experience of Contact Centre environments and/or contact management platforms. Experience of working in a Business Analyst role and in a multi-client or service provider environment. ERP or WMS systems implementation & change management experience. Software development experience with technologies Debian, MySQL, PHP, Apache, Java, Docker, React. Experience of information security compliance projects such as PCI-DSS or ISO 27001.
