Shift Maintenance Manager - FM Maintenance - Liverpool Street, London My client is a market leading building maintenance service provider with a rapidly expanding portfolio across the UK. They are actively seeking a Shift Maintenance Manager to manage the shift teams within a large corporate building near Liverpool Street. The successful candidate will manage the day and night engineering team including across the landlord only operation, whilst working alongside the onsite Contract Manager and Contract Administrator. Job Specification: Managing the onsite engineering shift teams Responding to any reactive and planned maintenance to plant throughout the buildings. Strong technical background in critical systems and building services. Organising and co-ordinating subcontractors Monthly reporting to client on issues and outstanding works Ensure strong communication clients Manage workload accordingly Organise sub contract labour. Carry out works in accordance to health and safety procedures Salary & Package: £50,000.00 Per Annum 8 till 5 | Monday to Friday Mobile Phone, Training and Career Progression into Senior Roles. 25 Days Annual Leave Opportunity to work in a well established building in the City. The Person: City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2/3 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering HV - AP (Highly Desirable) Demonstrate strong communication and people skills Team player, strong management skills Prioritising and solving problems often under pressure, utilising innovative solutions.
