Overview

Production Manager (Pharmaceuticals) My clients, a leading global pharmaceutical/nutraceuticals manufacturer and are looking to recruit a Production Manager. This is for immediate start The major responsibilities and duties associated with this role are: · Ensure production targets, quality and resources are achieved on a consistent basis · Support and development of manufacturing capability, skills and expertise through clear, supportive management · CI - Supporting work to introduce new processes, equipment and products, including writing Technical Protocols, Reports and supporting of validation. · CI - Identification and reduction of wasteful activities (the 8 wastes) and implementation of efficiency improvements. · Support, write, review and update of Production and Packing documentation including SOPs and Batch Records. · Provide HSE support and advise across the business · Manage Warehouse – capability and ensure compliant and operates under HSE guidelines To be considered for the role of Production Manager, you should possess the following: Qualifications: · Engineering/Science-based Degree or equivalent experience. · Lean Green Belt Certification or equivalent experience. Experience Profile: · Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical manufacturing or Medical devices. · Sound knowledge and understanding of GMP or a regulated environment The ideal candidate will be an experienced Production manager, Operations manager or manufacturing manager within a GMP regulated environment with a technical background like engineering or scientific.
