Office Administrator £14,000 - £16,000 Bolton City Centre Platinum Recruitment Group are currently working with an established Marketing Consultancy in Bolton on a key appointment for an Administrator due to promotion within the Office Support team. As a company that value and appreciate their employees, they are offering the candidate coming into this role a career path to follow which includes the training and development to become a senior member of the administration team. The role involves: Supporting all departments within the business including Marketing, Human Resources and Finance Responsible for reception duties including answering calls, meeting and greeting visitors Inputting data onto the in house system on client files Creating letters and correspondence for the human resources department Filing & photocopying for various departments Monitoring office equipment regularly & ordering supplies Managing all postal duties The company have recently moved to brand new offices in the centre of Bolton and have a great working environment with a team that enjoy regular nights out, activities & team building workshops.
