Overview
Alexander Chapel are working with a Mental Health Care facility based in Edgbaston who require RMN’s to work on a temporary basis within their care services catering for adults affected by severe mental illness. As a qualified and experienced RMN you will be familiar with duties such as: Plan, assess and implement clinical support plans whilst evaluating the effectiveness of these. Responsible for the delivery and oversight of clinical care. Monitoring and safe use of medication including storage and administering. Mentor and support staff. Ensuring accidents and complaints are recorded and dealt with efficiently. As this is an agency based role, it is ideal for RMN’s looking for extra hours as we are highly flexible with shift patterns. The role is also ideal for RMN’s looking for part time / full time work with the power to set your own work rota. As a qualified and experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse you will hold your NMC pin along with experience in working within a mental health setting. Please note work completed within these temporary assignments may also lead into permanent work should roles become available.
